Secretary Carson’s “listening tour” turned out to be little more than a gaffe-filled series of photo ops.
Instead of engaging in real conversations and facing the public over this harmful housing agenda, Secretary Carson gave the public little if any advance notice about his visits, and only made highly curated appearances.
This week U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Secretary Ben Carson will be testifying before both the House and Senate appropriations committees on the Trump administration’s immoral budget proposal that would slash over $7 billion from housing and community development programs.
